- very friendly and nice staff , very polite and helpful with always a smile on their faces . All well dressed - brand new hotel , very clean, modern and comfortable. - very high end neiberhood with lots of bars , restaurant and cocktail lounges. - location wise : very close to downtown - breakfast was ok, if I would want to rate it from 0-10 , I would give 7 . As it lacks a bread toaster and also lack of egg choices. But it has a very kind and handsome restaurant manager . - very cool in room shower which was very powerful and wide . - the room service was awsome , very clean polite, and nice vell dressed turkish ladies - the room size was very good - very comfortable bed, but just lack of pillow choices . - regarding the matressez, although it has written 100% cotton , but in my opinion , you get more sweat than usual . It think its something with the material.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, everything was incredibly professional, clean, and of the highest quality. The staff were warm, polite, and always smiling, making me feel like a truly valued guest. My room was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, high-speed internet, wide selection of TV channels, and well-stocked minibar were all details that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and worry-free stay. Without a doubt, it will be my first choice again in future trips.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good and upper floors had a good view. Food in room service was good. Also, the hotel was close to many restaurants, shops etc. I would happily stay again and probably will.

Clean room, friendly staff, reception is always redy to help and speaks good English. Staff helps with car parking any time, so parking is not a problem. Comfortable atmosphere, variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and walking distance. Breakfast was poor but assume this is a traditional turkish breakfast, just not meeting my demands. Next time I would go for a breakfast outside.

Complimentary breakfast upon early arrival to check in, great breakfast selection. Nice dining area, excellent room with great amenities, clean with a comfortable hot tub. Complementary upgrade, great service from Talha bayav at reception.
